Add to and correct a task by voice
The microphone also works in a form that already contains content. Say what should be added or changed: iTasks sends the current title, description, and due date to AI together with the new dictation. AI returns a complete updated task while preserving important details from the previous version unless you explicitly ask to remove or replace them.
AI fills the due date together with the task
For example, say “Finish it by Friday” or “The report needs to be ready by September 16.” AI resolves the date from the user's current time and fills the due date while preparing the task.
If the dictation does not clearly connect a date to the task deadline, AI leaves the due date alone instead of guessing. Always review the recognized date before saving.
Dictate in one language — write the task in another
Name the target language in the dictation itself. You can explain the task in English and ask AI to prepare the title and description in Persian — or choose any other language. Without an explicit request, the task follows the language of the original speech.

Availability and AI tokens
Voice task creation works in Free and PRO workspaces that are not in Read only mode and still have periodic or purchased AI tokens.
AI tokens are an internal processing allowance, not Telegram Stars and not a PRO subscription. The Subscription screen separates the plan balance, the combined pack balance, and the status of every purchase.
The owner of an active Free or PRO workspace can buy a separate non-expiring pack of 5,000 AI tokens for 100 Telegram Stars on the Subscription screen. The periodic allowance is consumed first, then packs in FIFO order. A token pack does not include or extend PRO.

You stay in control
There is no need to proofread or manually clean up the dictation first: AI structures natural speech for you. The generated title, description, and recognized due date stay editable, so you can review them and fine-tune the project, assignee, and other fields if needed.
For recognition, the audio stream is sent to the speech recognition service, and the text is processed by an AI service to prepare task fields. The current data-processing description is in the Privacy Policy.

Is AI voice task creation available on Free?
Yes. Built-in voice AI is available in active Free and PRO workspaces at no extra charge while the workspace has AI tokens left in its current plan period.
Is this the same as the PRO-only AI API?
No. Voice task creation is a built-in user feature for Free and PRO. AI API is for external assistants and integrations and remains exclusive to PRO.
Which fields does AI fill in?

For example: “finish it by Friday” or “the report needs to be ready by September 16.” You still choose the project, assignee, priority, and other fields.

New processing cannot start until the allowance renews or the workspace owner buys an additional pack. A 5,000 AI token pack costs 100 Telegram Stars and does not include or extend PRO.
