Mini App with no install and zero setup

Getting started with iTasks in Telegram takes exactly three steps: open @iTasksBot, tap "Start", and you are in. Your account is created from your Telegram identity — no separate iTasks password or onboarding wizard. In the Android app, Google Sign-In may also be available where supported.

In Telegram, iTasks runs on any device — phone, tablet, or desktop. There is nothing to download from an app store, no updates to manage, no storage space consumed. Open Telegram, open iTasks, and start working.

If you prefer a separate phone app, install iTasks from Google Play. The workspace stays the same: tasks, discussions, and notifications remain close to your team.

Adapts to Your Theme

iTasks does not look like a foreign web page crammed into Telegram. It automatically detects your Telegram theme — whether you prefer light mode for daytime productivity or dark mode for late-night sessions — and adapts its entire interface to match. Colors, backgrounds, and contrasts all align with your existing Telegram appearance.

This is not just cosmetic. A native-feeling interface reduces cognitive friction. You are not switching between apps with clashing color schemes — iTasks feels like a natural extension of Telegram. Your eyes stay comfortable, your focus stays on the tasks, and the tool stays out of your way.

Instant Telegram Notifications

Every task update arrives exactly where you are — in your Telegram chat. When a task status changes, a new message appears in the task discussion, or you are assigned to something, iTasks sends you a direct message instantly. No email inbox to monitor, no separate notification center to check. Your Telegram is your command center.

Watchers receive notifications about status changes and new comments; the task author is added as a watcher automatically. The assignee receives assignment notifications, comments, and due-date reminders. Each user can manage delivery channels in their profile, and a notification opens the task directly.

The same Telegram-first approach matters for customer support too: your external bots can receive incoming requests while the team handles them inside HelpDesk without leaving Telegram.

PRO payment for a workspace

PRO is activated for a specific workspace. In the website user account, the owner signs in with the QR code from the app, selects a workspace, chooses a subscription period, and pays by bank card.

After card payment, PRO is enabled by a server webhook from the payment provider. Inside the app, payment is available with Telegram Stars.

If a workspace is already paid with Telegram Stars, switching to card first disables Stars auto-renewal through the Telegram Bot API, keeps PRO active until the paid period ends, and schedules the first card charge after that date.
