1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the iTasks Telegram bot (@iTasksBot) and its Mini App (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
iTasks is not a Telegram product, is not affiliated with Telegram, and is not endorsed by Telegram. The Service uses the Telegram Bot API, Telegram Mini Apps, Telegram Login, Telegram Stars, and external payment providers as third-party integrations.

2. Description of the Service
iTasks is a task management tool that operates as a Telegram Mini App. It allows users to create workspaces, manage tasks, collaborate with team members, track time, and organize projects — all within Telegram. iTasks is a free alternative to Trello and Jira for small teams.
For the purposes of operating, developing, and properly administering the Service, we may process technical, analytics, and operational data, including standard Google Analytics data, Ahrefs Analytics data, and internal anonymized monitoring metrics, to the extent necessary for usage analysis, diagnostics, security, and maintaining service availability. The terms of such processing are governed by the Privacy Policy.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, in accordance with Telegram's minimum age requirements. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
4. Account and Access
Your iTasks account is created automatically when you first open the Mini App. Authentication is handled through Telegram — no separate registration or password is required. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account.
In the Android app, the Service may also support sign-in through Telegram Login and Google Sign-In. If you choose Google Sign-In, you are responsible for the security of your Google account. iTasks does not receive or store your Telegram or Google passwords.
5. Free and Paid Plans
- Free plan — up to 3 workspace members, 1 project, 1 HelpDesk channel, unlimited tasks. Free forever.
- PRO plan — up to 50 workspace members, unlimited projects, up to 50 HelpDesk channels, expanded storage, and workspace AI access. The current price and available periods are shown in the user account before payment.
PRO payment is available by bank card in the website user account and through Telegram Stars in supported in-app flows. The amount shown in the account before payment may not include local taxes; tax depends on the payer's country. By purchasing a PRO subscription, you agree to the payment terms of the selected provider.
If you change payment from Telegram Stars to bank card, iTasks disables Stars auto-renewal in Telegram. The already paid PRO period is preserved, and the first card charge is scheduled after that period ends.
PRO plan subscribers receive priority customer support. We reserve the right to conduct scheduled maintenance windows without compensation. Maintenance windows do not affect the subscription term or entitle users to a refund.
6. Refunds
A PRO subscription payment may be refunded only when the payment was made by mistake and the refund request is submitted within five (5) calendar days of the payment.
The PRO subscription immediately provides increased limits and additional access. If, after payment, the user actually used the Service or paid features, this means the user has already received the paid benefits. Requests submitted after the stated period are treated as full use of the paid subscription period and do not entitle the user to a refund.
To request a refund, contact technical support by email at support@itasksbot.com or through the Telegram bot @itaskssupportbot. Refunds may also depend on the selected payment provider's rules and technical limitations.
7. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you create within the Service (tasks, comments, files, HelpDesk messages, internal notes, customer data, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, transmit, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service, including notifications, HelpDesk, attachments, voice rooms, and integrations you explicitly enable.
If you connect HelpDesk bots, process customer messages, or enable AI Access for external AI tools, you are responsible for having the necessary rights and notices to process that content and to grant access to the relevant team members or external tools.
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Violate the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
- Distribute spam, malware, or malicious files
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' workspaces or data
- Commit, prepare, coordinate, conceal, or assist unlawful activities
- Use the Service for any activity that violates the applicable laws of the user's country, the place where the Service is actually used, the Service operator's jurisdiction, or any other applicable legal requirements
8. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service — including but not limited to the user interface, visual design, source code, algorithms, logos, trademarks, and all related intellectual property — are and remain the exclusive property of iTasks. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the iTasks name, logos, or trademarks.
You may not, without our prior written consent:
- Copy, reproduce, or create derivative works based on the Service's interface, design, or functionality
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Scrape, parse, or use automated means to extract data or content from the Service
- Use any iTasks branding, logos, or visual elements outside the Service
9. Workspace Management
Workspace owners are responsible for managing their workspace members and content. The workspace owner may delete the workspace at any time, which will permanently and irreversibly delete all associated data for all members.
10. Service Availability
We strive to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
You agree that we may use anonymized or pseudonymized technical and analytics data for monitoring, diagnostics, abuse prevention, and Service improvement, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy.
As a Telegram Mini App, the Service is dependent on the Telegram platform and its infrastructure. We are not responsible for service disruptions, loss of functionality, or changes in features caused by:
- Modifications to the Telegram Bot API or Mini App API
- Platform restrictions or blocks imposed by Telegram
- Changes to Telegram's policies regarding bots, Mini Apps, or Telegram Stars
- Outages, limits, or terms changes of external payment providers
- Outages, limits, policy changes, or outputs of external AI tools connected through AI Access
- Outages of Firebase Cloud Messaging, Google Sign-In, LiveKit/RTC infrastructure, or other third-party services required by specific features
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, government actions, or internet infrastructure outages
11. Termination and Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that harms the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time.
Account data is retained while the account is active or needed to access workspaces. We may delete or restrict an inactive account when needed for security, Service maintenance, or data retention policy reasons.

12. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
We are not responsible for decisions, answers, recommendations, data changes, or external messages created or sent by third-party AI tools that the workspace owner connects through AI Access. The workspace owner is responsible for protecting access tokens, choosing the AI provider, and reviewing actions performed by the external tool.
In any event, our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us for the PRO subscription during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Users of the free plan acknowledge that the Service is provided at no cost and agree that we bear no financial liability whatsoever.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union to the extent applicable. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
