User Account and Card Payment

The website user account is used for workflows that cannot be handled correctly inside Telegram Mini App. The main one is PRO payment by bank card. Telegram allows digital purchases inside the app only through Telegram Stars, so card payment is handled on the website.

1. What the account is for

• Sign in on the website and confirm the iTasks user.
• Review owned workspaces and their plan status.
• Select the workspace that needs PRO.
• Pay for the subscription by bank card on a secure payment page.
• Review the current subscription and transaction history for the workspace.
• Change the payment method to card payment.
• Cancel an active subscription paid by card or Telegram Stars.

2. Card billing periods

Telegram Stars uses a fixed period: 499 ⭐ per month, without half-year or annual payment. Longer periods and discounts are therefore available only with card payment in the website account.

3. How card payment works

1. Open the iTasks user account on the website.
2. Open iTasks in Telegram or in the mobile app, go to your profile, and tap the QR icon.
3. Scan the account QR code and confirm sign-in inside the app. In the confirmation drawer, check the website, IP, and approximate country and city; if the location cannot be determined, it is shown as “Not determined”.
4. Select the workspace that needs a subscription.
5. Choose the period: monthly, half-year, or annual.
6. Open the secure payment page and pay by bank card.
7. Return to the account or app: PRO is enabled after server-side payment confirmation.

The prices shown do not include local taxes. Tax depends on the payer's country.

4. If the workspace is currently paid with Telegram Stars

If the workspace is already paid with Telegram Stars and the owner changes the payment method to card, iTasks disables auto-renewal in Telegram. The already paid PRO period is preserved, and the first card payment is made after that period ends.

5. How to cancel a subscription

In the workspace list, press Cancel subscription under Details. The account shows the workspace name, current limits and used resources, the paid PRO end date, and the mode the workspace will move to after the period ends: FREE or Read only.
