Open iTasks in Telegram or in the installed mobile app. Signing in and joining a workspace are separate steps: after signing in, create your own workspace or join your team.
Open in Telegram
- Open @iTasksBot.
- If this is your first visit, start the bot with /start or Telegram’s start button.
- Use the button in the bot’s message or menu to open the app. iTasks uses the account you are signed into in Telegram.
Sign in to the mobile app
The iTasks sign-in screen on Android and iOS offers Telegram and Google. Choose a method and complete the sign-in steps. To use the same account across devices and sign-in providers, link Telegram and Google in your profile first.
Choose a workspace
If you are setting up your own team, follow the first-workspace setup. If you have been invited, open your team’s invitation link. When you have several workspaces, choose one and check its name in the header. An empty task list may mean you still need access to a project.
If sign-in or access fails
For a Telegram sign-in error, close the Mini App and reopen it from the bot. Check that you are using the right account. If you can access the workspace but cannot see a project, ask its owner or an admin. If the access-denied screen remains, send the error details and the ID shown on that screen to support at @itaskssupportbot.
