On a computer, you can open iTasks in two ways: widen the Mini App window in Telegram Desktop or sign in to the browser version at web.itasks.io. Either way, it is the same account with the same workspaces, projects, and tasks as on your phone.
Widen the window in Telegram Desktop
- Open iTasks in Telegram Desktop from the @iTasksBot bot.
- Drag the edge of the iTasks window or switch it to full screen.
- Once the window is wider than 1024 pixels, iTasks adapts to the large screen.
On the left are the workspace, the “Add task” button, the “My tasks” summary, and your projects. The task list is in the middle. Click a row to open the task on the right, next to the list; buttons in its header expand the task to full screen or close it. On the Kanban board, statuses sit side by side as columns.

The “Desktop version” hint
When the iTasks window on a computer is narrow, the header has a monitor icon next to the menu. Until you open the hint, the icon shows a dot. The hint offers two options: “Widen the window” and “In a browser”. The “Open in browser” button opens web.itasks.io, and Telegram Desktop also offers “Expand to full screen”.
The browser version is also in the menu: the “iTasks in a browser” item. On a computer, it opens web.itasks.io; on a phone, it copies the link so you can open it on your computer.

Sign in to the browser version
- Open web.itasks.io in a browser on your computer.
- Select “I accept the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy”. You can allow analytics cookies or leave them off: iTasks works without them.
- Click “Continue with Telegram” and confirm the sign-in in Telegram.
There is no separate password: you sign in with your Telegram account and see the same workspaces, projects, and tasks. Task notifications still arrive in Telegram. Bookmark web.itasks.io to open iTasks in one click.
