How to ask questions about iTasks, open relevant screens, and safely confirm workspace setting changes.
The built-in AI assistant answers questions about iTasks using the official documentation and can show the exact current settings of the selected workspace.
How to open the assistant
- Open the administration menu for the selected workspace.
- Open Help.
- Press Ask the AI Assistant.
The assistant is available to workspace owners and admins. It answers in the language of the question and can include links to help articles or buttons that open the relevant app screen.
Safe setting changes
The assistant never changes a setting immediately. It first displays a confirmation card with the current and proposed values. The change runs only after confirmation. Only the owner can rename a workspace; renaming updates its URL slug as well. Admins can change only settings allowed for their role.
When there is no answer
If a question is outside iTasks or the documentation does not contain reliable information, the assistant says so instead of guessing. For an unusual case, contact @itaskssupportbot on Telegram.
