Reports and Statistics

Where to review completed tasks, time reports, and overall team activity so you can measure progress, workload, and results over time.

iTasks has three reports: completed-task statistics, the payment report, and the customer report. Choose a workspace first, then open the report you need and select a month.

Completed-task statistics

Open Menu → Tasks → Stats. All members can use this screen, but it only includes projects they can access. Use the arrows beside the month to choose a period. Below the summary are breakdowns by project and assignee, followed by the list of closed tasks. Select a task to open it.

  • “Closed this month” counts tasks that are currently completed and have a closing date in the selected month.
  • “Time spent” is the average total logged time per qualifying task. Only tasks with a positive time total are included. All their time entries count, including entries outside the selected month.
  • “To testing” is the average time from creation to the first transition to testing, among the closed tasks that have such a transition.
  • “To done” is the average time from task creation to closure. This is elapsed calendar time, not timer duration. Each average shows how many tasks were used to calculate it.

The assignee breakdown also includes people who were previously assigned the task. One task can count for several people, so adding these rows does not give the number of unique closed tasks.

Payment report

Owners and admins can open Menu → Administration → Payment report. It contains time entries dated within the selected month, including entries for tasks that are still open. Expand a member to see projects and tasks. Cost uses the configured rate; a project rate overrides that member’s workspace rate for the project. Excel and PDF export require an active PRO subscription.

Customer report

Owners and admins can open Menu → Administration → Customer report. Tasks closed during the month are grouped by customer and project, with a separate group for tasks without a customer. Quick search matches task titles. You can open a task directly from the report.

Compare reports correctly

Check the workspace, month, and project access. Statistics select tasks by closing date; the payment report selects time entries by entry date. Their figures can therefore differ. A missing average means there is insufficient data, not a duration of zero. The current month is still an incomplete period. Check the displayed period dates: the payment report shows them in your device’s time zone.
